Returns

If you want to return a product, you have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the day you receive the order – just remember! You need to physically return the product to us.

Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received the order, the product cannot be returned.

What should you do to return a product?

1. Email us at: sabfil@sabfil.pl and notify us of the product return.
2. The product must be new (i.e., it CANNOT show signs of use).
3. Returned products should have their original paper tags – another basis for approving the return.
4. The product must be returned with proof of purchase – without it, the return will not be accepted.
5. The product must be packaged so that it is not damaged during shipping.
6. The return form can be downloaded HERE – DON’T FORGET to include it with the return shipment!

Remember, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is approved, we will promptly refund the amount using the same method that your order was originally paid (or another method previously agreed upon via email).
