The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the availability of raw materials and the production season. Larger production batches allow for lower unit costs.

The minimum quantity during the peak season, i.e., from September 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025, is 100 pieces per color/model. During the low season, i.e., from January 2, 2025, to August 31, 2025, the MOQ is 50 pieces per color/model.

The availability of colors largely depends on the type of raw material the product collection is made from. For example, 100% acrylic has a different color palette than 100% organic cotton, and 100% merino wool offers yet another range.

Each type of yarn comes with a dedicated color catalog offered by its respective manufacturer. Naturally, it is possible to order products from the PANTONE color palette, but this service is quoted separately. We can confirm color availability immediately, as we have a certain range of colors on hand. We provide our customers with yarn catalogs or send photos of specific shades.

We offer various personalization techniques that can help make your products stand out. Depending on the project, we adapt the technology to meet the client's budgetary and aesthetic needs.

Production time can vary depending on the season, the complexity of the order, the type of yarn chosen, the components involved, and the quantity ordered.

During the peak winter season, lead times can be extended, sometimes up to 6-9 weeks, which is why we recommend planning in advance. Additionally, before any production begins, we create a prototype that must be approved by the client before moving forward with full-scale production.

We advise our clients to send their first inquiries in spring, which reduces stress later on due to time pressure. It also allows for the timely ordering of desired materials, which may take up to 10 weeks to obtain (e.g., 100% organic cotton).

Raw material, weight, production method, sewing technique, finishing details, order quantity, production time, additional elements like care labels, type of emblem with logo, etc.
