You received the beanie no more than 14 days ago and you think that the colour or model is not for you? Want to exchange it? No problem!
Here are the steps:
- Contact us on email@example.com and let us know which product would you like to receive instead. We need to check whether it is in stock. If it is not, then maybe we could offer you a different product that you may like. If that does not work for you, you can always return your product HERE.
- The product cannot have any signs of being used.
- The product must have all the original, paper tags.
- Please remember to use a packaging that will prevent any damages during the delivery process.
- Please download the exchange form HERE and DO NOT FORGET to send it along with the exchanged item.
